Really strange issue here. Ive had the PRIMARY MENU tick box go missing the first time around so I reset WP and started again. I was just about to wrap up the website design and its missing again!
The last thing I did was change the #hex colour of the horizontal lines (global).
I did not install any plugins in the time it worked/didnt work (disappear).
Ive searched for an answer but cant find anything - any help ?
The only option I now have is MOBILE MENU and that does not affect anything... :(
