Lay Theme just disappeared from my themes. My website isn't working! And when I try to add it again from Themes it's not there. Please can you help?

Hello, since two days ago I can't upload images no matter how small their size is. I tried to deactivate laytheme and tried to upload multiple sizes but nothing works. Can you please help?
