How do I create a simple anchor point on same page?to specify: im not trying to get a simple textlink within the text. I placed a class on the textbox to make it look like a button. I want the whole button to be clickable. this is the problem: only the text within the button is clickable.

I want to use the command "font-stretch: 200%(for exmple)" and apply it for all non serif font happening on the website.Where in the css do i set this up? (I don't want to only set this rule for single containers. i also want it in the website title for example)
(In the text formats interface there are many options given already but not a font stretch)Many thanks in advance
