Good point re: svg, we also use that in the site I helped design and build. No woocommerce installed, so it is either the latest lay update, or something else that is intervening and creating multiple duplicates because of the endless nature of the marquee.
See the section with white background. The marquee is broken after the recent update, checked on Chrome, Brave, Firefox and Edge on Windows 11 - and Chrome, Brave on latest OSX on MBP.
