I've got a few single color SVG graphics scrolling through as marquees, would be great if their color could change on hover. Obviously this would have to be custom code, but does anyone have an idea how it could be achieved?

Hi!
I recently moved a site following the instructions given in this video tutorial provided by Armin himself . I had to change the database prefixes, but other than that it worked smoothly.

I was able to log in, I can also edit, publish, and use the media that I had uploaded before, but I can not upload new media. Images uploaded to the library only show an empty frame, and new typefaces are displayed as Times New Roman default.

Any ideas where to look for the problem?
