Lay Theme Version 1.6.5 update breaks Wordpress CMS

My version of Lay Theme v1.6.5 breaks when activated on Wordpress v4.7.2. Is there a new version of Lay that I'm unable to find? I checked my emails for bug updates, but nothing was seen. Thank you!
