It seems you have chosen a textformat "_courier klein" that does not work.
textformats cannot contain spaces. Or maybe that textformat was deleted? Please choose a different textformat in lay options -> carousel addon -> captions - textformat
Try to target the ".captions-wrap" with css that moves it away.
