Customize menu on wordpress/laytheme

I' noticed that the typeface on the website changed pretty randomly a few days ago. I've been trying to figure out but can seem to find the root problem. I noticed that the Customize menu doesn't load up, Is it my OS? Im not sure. If anyone can help, please drop a line. Thx.!
