Dear Regine @RR Currently the font being displayed is "Montserrat-Regular" , is this the wrong font? it should be 'Impact'. Currently it's set to the font 'default' in your Text format's https://laytheme.com/documentation/textformats-and-webfonts.html [image: 1652851029214-screen-shot-2022-05-18-at-5.15.42-pm.png] Are you using Custom phone layouts and the text has not been properly assigned in the Text Element? Dear @RR The image elements are being loaded correctly but there seems to be a problem with the image file itself, how was it loaded into the media Library? Are you able to test with some standard .jpeg files and not the SVG's to make sure? 🌝 Best Richard
