Hi everyone,

I've been having this recurring issue with laytheme for my website which is that the images never seem to show on safari which is really strange.

I did have the same issue for some of my images on chrome at one point and read about the Jetpack bug, so I disabled that plug-in and now the images are showing up on chrome but still not on Safari. It seems to be an issue for someone else I know who's using laytheme as well so it seems to be a wider issue.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using the full screen slider addon on my website and I've got a mix of images with some covering the whole browser with a black background. For these I have a white caption bottom left but the site title and navigation are still black and so they disappear into the image. I need to keep the site title and nav black for the rest of the site, so is there any way to change the colour of the site title and navigation to white when it gets to these handful of images with black backgrounds in the slider?

Any help would be really appreciated!

I've just started using laytheme and am using both the carousel and full screen slider add ons, shortly after installing them whenever I go to preview my site (I haven't put my site live yet for this reason), samdismore.com, I get the google translate pop up on the top right in google chrome incorrectly identifying the site as german and asking to translate that into english, is there any way to stop that from happening?
