Thanks for your reply! Do you mean the option 'Play on mouseover'?
Because I meant something different. That there is a photo as a thumbnail and the mouse over is a HTML5 video. You can have have a look on https://studiobureau.nl/work-2 and go over the 'Pop op de Kaap' project thumbnail. I now fixit it with a .GIF but it would be great to do it with HTML5 video.

I was wondering if it also possible to create a project thumbnail with an HTML5 video as a mouseover? So if you go over the project thumbnail (that is just a JPG) the mouseover is a HTML5 video that starts playing in this thumbnail.

The problem is solved after update Lay theme to the latest version and deactivate the Yoast SEO plugin.

Are there suggestions for any other SEO plugin how does work with the gridder?

Thanks for your response, we like to use HTML5, but we can not get our files smaller then 44 mb. So we can not work with HTML5 because there is only 32 upload allowed.

Is there an another way to get bigger videos into the laytheme? Or is it better if the file size is bigger then 32 MB to use vimeo?

We were wondering what is best option is for us regarding showing video's on our website. We have two options, embed video from vimeo or HTML5 video.

We have a video that is 1 minut long, 1920 x 1280 px, and 46,8 MB.
Is this too big for HTML5? We prefer HTML5 because we can use it also in the carrousel plugin.

@f-albert thanks for fixing this problem. We can select the project thumbnail and place it in the category page. Sometimes if we update the category page, some of the thumbnails with a mouseover image are disappearing from the page. But if we update these projects with the mouseovers, they are appearing again. So there are still some bugs but we can work with it and build the website. Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone,

We are building our website and we have a problem with the thumbnail mouseover image of projects. If we add a mouseover thumbnail image at a project, we can't select this project thumbnail in the category page.

Without mouseovers everything works fine.
Basically the mouseover project thumbnail is not working at all.

Our plugins are Akismet Anti-Spam, Duplicate Page, Hello Dolly and Lay Theme Carousel.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
