Those two events helped me out of both questions.
For the stats tool (slimstat) I analyzed what it is doing on window load and I copied these lines to the on newpageshown-event.
For me navigation through the site looks good in access log.

I wonder if it is possible to disable the Json-load for pagenavigation?
I have two issues with that:
Custom JS with $('document').ready is not working
The stats plugin only counts the first entry page and it won't be triggered on further navigation
