Lay Theme Forum

hey there - first of all, I'm using Lay themes for a while now and its absolutely amazing!

BUT

It happened multiple times already that i spent 20-30 minutes on a row with various elements, i change the tabs to google something, come back, accidentally pressing on the little X next to the row. And then its gone. Just like that.

I know as a designer you should always save every little step. But I just lost a footer element I was working on for like 20-30 mins in a matter of second.. Thats pretty frustrating.

First of all, i really love the lay theme! I was trying out so many different themes to design my homepage and the lay theme is the (almost) perfect solution.

One thing i would really wish for is to extend/update the clone function. Would it be possible to maybe duplicate every object by right click->duplicate?

I'm working on a design where i want to have a lot of similar Text objects packed in stacks divided by horizontal lines. Right now I have to do a lot manual work and type in the "space-above/below" a bunch of times.
What i also noticed is, if you have a text object which has a different object with 0 space below it's impossible to click the clone button. It is disappearing, even the cursor is exactly going from the text object to the button.
