I'm a very basic user and I didn't add any custom code and yet my website isn't showing. Can you please provide some help?

I do, I have the same problem and have no idea how to fox it. I saw that reinstalling the theme might help but I’m afraid of losing all my layout. I hope the support will be proactive and offer some solution asap.

I've updated the LayTheme tonight and my website doesn't show anymore, I can only see a blank white page. The HTML is there but the hight of the body element is at 0. Can this be fixed asap since I'm using the website for jobs applications?

Hi,

I payed for the hosting service and activated my LayTheme license. Later, I understood that creating a website was bit too early and I wouldn’t have much use of it. I’d like to cancel my hosting plan and start it later (in two months or so). Would be possible to use the already activated LayTheme license for the second time or it’s one-time-activation only?
