Anywhere that allows me to change the menu and title settings for one page/the home page? Specifically, to make the menu bar transparent on only the home page.

Hi,

Very simple, attempting to have links in text change color upon hover—changed the settings in the customizer to force a color change upon mouseover. It doesn't appear to be working. It only changes color when it's clicked, not when it's hovered over. I'm very confused. I have no custom script at this time.
