I have a lenovo legion laptop where I notice these varying lines.
On a mac there is no problem.
maybe thats, the issue, but it's hard to believe they sell such shity displays:/

I have this WIP website: https://vuarchitects.hu/
At the bottom there are project names with hover function.
I set the hover function to show them above all.
On the top half of the links it works well, and at the second half it gets under everything.
