<![CDATA[Navigation bar backend is not working - pls need urgent help]]>SOS!

after updating my PHP Version, Wordpress and Laytheme - I cannot access my projects ... they are completely gone and as soon as I use another theme its perfectly normal - so its has to be the lay theme update. PLS I NEED HELP
(since several people did not know what I ment - the second image is how the navigation bar in the back end usually looks - there's the option to go to pages and projects) this option is missing in my navigation bar - please I need to go to my projects to edit this is so annoying and theres not other sources that help with this problem
