Safari and Chrome</p>
<p dir="auto">The images on my website stopped loading today. It was loading fine a couple of days ago (when I last checked).</p>
<p dir="auto">My Laytheme was updated to 11.6.1 and plugins all up to date. Emptied all cache. Please advise what I can do to get the images loading again.</p>

I located the htaccess file in wp-content/uploads/.htaccess and renamed it to .htaccess-old and it's now working perfectly.</p>

<p dir="auto">This seems to be a server problem because all images give back a 500 error.<br />
There could be a wrong rule in the htaccess file.</p>
<p dir="auto">in</p>
<p dir="auto">wp-content/uploads/.htaccess</p>
<p dir="auto">If there is a file like this in your uploads folder, you can try and rename it to something else to see if that fixes it.</p>
<p dir="auto">You could try to disable all of your plugins and see if there is an image-related plugin that may have caused this issue.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can send me your WP admin login to <a href="mailto:info@laytheme.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">info@laytheme.com</a>, and please send a link to this topic in the email as well, and I can take a look.</p>
