Latest update broke the tag filter

Hey guys,
Updated to 4.0.6 and started working on the tag filter's new features.
I didn't really do much other that updating the theme, but now when I select any tag, the whole tag filter disappears.

Your tag filter is set to or i believe. What happens when setting it to and ? :

Will have to see if this is a Bug or just the way things are setup.

It disappears even if set to "and",
Still disappears even after taking out all the custom css in the customizer.
