I'm not able to cover the costs of my Webhosting right now and wanted to ask if everything on my Laytheme Wordpress Site will also be deleted once I cancel the annually renewal of my Webhost or if my Website is only taken down and I can reupload it once I pay for my Webhost again?

use a backup plugin like duplicator https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
and create a backup of your website. then you'll get a zip file and installer.php file

afterwards your webhost can take down your website and you still have your website's content backed up
