    I have the same issue, and would love to have it resolved, my menu bar correctly hides, when scrolling down, but shows up, when I mouse over on the top area. it should stay away and only appear, when scrolling up. Is there a fix for this? here my site.

    just to add to this. The Videos are MP4 files with the codec being MPEG-4 AAC H.264

    Same issue here. Can't access the laykeymanager or check licenses. Or deactivate current license on WP.

    PS: Another bug related to this: In mobile view, the (first (row of)) Tag Filter bubble(s) is displayed with a left-hand indent/padding (equal to the space between multiple bubbles), instead of being aligned with the left-hand margin as in desktop view. (This was observed in the latest version of Safari on an iPhone.)

    Hello Armin, sorry for the late reply. I believe the problem is because I don't use an email program on my Mac, just Gmail via web. In fact, it works perfectly on mobile devices. Thank you for appreciating my work! 🥰

    in lay options, make sure this is disabled: [image: 1765365606639-703f7fd5-421a-4265-b4ef-5d941c9076ff-image.png] and in lay options -> carousel addon, if u use the carousel addon, make sure this is disabled: [image: 1765365638544-ecd23645-7eb5-4711-9648-8bc5b40a524f-image.png] what is the website URL? the iframe api URL is correct, as stated by the official google documentation: https://developers.google.com/youtube/iframe_api_reference [image: 1765365538638-42cae268-0745-4838-83d6-a71303db3308-image.png] maybe your site is somehow blocking this or maybe your browser / browser extension?

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
