    you're using lay theme 2.7.5 or maybe you updated lay theme but didn't clear your cache plugin's cache [image: 1592484189923-screenshot-2020-06-18-at-14.42.54.png] to be able to update lay theme you need to activate it using your key. you need to update lay theme and all of your addons, and then make sure to disable your caching plugin or clear your cache in your caching plugin if that doesn't work: can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
