@Richard Thanks Richard, I have finally found the issue. And it's not bug rather a simple issue that I set up the IDs for the Desktop Layout and they have not been synced to the Phone Layout. So all is good. Thx.

One Button at the top that when clicked takes you to the lowest element on the page ( the bottom ).
