Did you follow the steps in "How to Install" and "Troubleshooting" but still have problems? And your webhost support could not help you either? Ask here.

    Dear @aronsmth on my Safari the content is displayed. But the video is not playing. Can you make a bit more extra content in to test. Some images and text? Best! Marius

    Dear @Janejun96 I have a feeling that the problem might be connected to your Webhost. Can you try to install LayTheme on a local computer first? Have a look at the application MAMP. It is for free and lets you run Wordpress on your computer. Best! Marius

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
