    Dear @Janejun96 I have a feeling that the problem might be connected to your Webhost. Can you try to install LayTheme on a local computer first? Have a look at the application MAMP. It is for free and lets you run Wordpress on your computer. Best! Marius

    Hi @Satisfied-Fool not sure how multisite plugins work. But I assume that you need a key for every website you do. So also for a subdomain multisite. All the best! Marius

    Hey the problem was just that the lay theme damien used was way too old. In case lay theme crashed, always write me an email <3 :)

    Hi @sebastian_e did you try to install LayTheme on your new webshost package? I think you do not need another key. Try to install it and just enter the key. If you run into trouble – let me know! Best! Marius

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
