Two menu ponts and drop down

Hello!

I need to do this menu:
http://dev.metapolis.eu/

like this:
https://hood.network/

but the dropdown sub-menu still remains the same (under the primary navigation). This is very important!

In fact i need:

• one point menu in left with dropdown submenu, logo in center, one point menu in right

I found this topic (http://laythemeforum.com/topic/757/3-menu-points-left-center-right-aligned-thumbnail-max-height) but if i apply this css on my site with the css for the dropdown, the things go crazy:))
My dropdown sub-menu turns into a horizontal menu:(

Can enybody help me?
