activate sound on my intro website

Hello.

I'd like to know how to activate the sound on my website intro (mp4 format). It doesn't work at the moment, after tests on different browsers.

Do you have any idea what the problem is?

browsers disable autoplay of videos that have sound on
so basically, a video cant have sound on and just start playing by itself

if you want to show a video where people can activate the sound,
you can add a html5 video element to your grid in the gridder

but in the intro that wont work
