Different background colors on one page

I have Fullscreen Slider. Does anybody know how can i create different colors of the background on one page like for example here: http://unfun.de/work/geschmacksverstaerker
or even here: http://rothsimon.de/simultanhalle15-poster/
Help would be so much appreciated.

You can right click an empty part of your row and choose "set background color":
