Endless loading/spinner on the Checkoutpage

Hej Armin (@arminunruh ),

Since the last Update my checkout page is not working anymore:
https://algorithmicwalking.com/checkout/

As soon as I change the shipping destination a endless spinner appears ...
I tried to follow the WooCommerce Guide to solve the problem: https://woocommerce.com/document/endless-loadingspinner-on-the-checkout-page/ but none of the potential solutions seems to work ...

I narrowed it down to some error in with AJAX, have a look at the console readout:
