missing country on Checkout

A costumer notified me that her country[Kosovo] was missing from the dropdown, on Billing Details page.

Is it possible to add it?

I have to add some code in the functions.php of the theme.

Does it mean that whenever LayTheme is updated i have to re-add the code? 🤔

yes!

maybe u can find a plugin that does this!
then the plugin wont be overwritten when lay theme updates.
when lay theme updates, all files in the lay folder are overwritten
