    mh mh could you install the plugin "regenerate thumbnails" and then regenerate all images? your server needs around 1.4 seconds to respond so thats pretty slow i think ur server is kind of slow [image: 1588870927474-screenshot-2020-05-07-at-19.00.08.png] if u like u can use the old version of lay theme: http://laythemeforum.com/topic/5306/your-customized-lay-theme-doesn-t-work-properly-any-more-after-updating-you-can-use-the-old-version-of-lay-theme-if-you-like

    ok weird! maybe some file permission settings aren't correct :/ in your ftp go to wp-content/plugins in there delete the folder laytheme-carousel then re-install the carousel addon unfortunately i couldn't find anything related to this via google please send your ftp server and login details, website address and /wp-admin/ login and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com and i will try to see why this could happen

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
