    So I guess this is solved, isn’t it? Would you mind editing the topic title to png background not transparent (solved!) or smeothing similar? This way users (with the same issues) can utilise the search function of the forum more easily. Thanks! 💐

    That’s the code I used inside custom <head> content of my friend’s site to make the smooth scrolling work.     element grid - problem with spaces when set to zero

    sorry for the late reply, i was on holidays i cannot reproduce the issue, neither on chrome nor safari maybe it has to do with this: when you edit an element grid, you need to set the column gutter and row gutters for tablet and phone sizes also when clicking these buttons, otherwise they will have a default value of 1% i think: [image: 1571057240552-screenshot-2019-10-14-at-14.44.44-resized.png]

    🤔 There are a few errors in the console. Images and videos on lookstudios.com/projects are served via HTTP instead of HTTPS. That could cause the server to take a wee bit longer: [image: 1570128621765-9cd4a7ba-75d6-4636-9e79-60d8c6920161-image-resized.png] It’s even more media content on the frontpage served via HTTP + a minor cookie issue: [image: 1570128772845-311e5e37-c772-46d4-b11b-bc352e5ba840-image-resized.png] Then there are a few videos that are 1-3MB in size. That just takes a while. Not much you could do about that… I guess that the site was hosted unter HTTP in the beginning and you switched to HTTPS lateron? That can cause the database to have the wrong links inside. Best is to follow Armins tutorial over here, to migrate all the content and links. You can also try to enable caching for your website. Although that doesn’t apply for first time visitors the site gets a lot faster for frequent visitors. Is there an extensive amount of 3rd party plugins installed in your wordpress? Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
