    hey do u have a link? u can also send it to me to info@laytheme.com add a link to this topic here if u send it to me make sure in lay options this is set to a value that makes sense: [image: 1711626421266-screenshot-2024-03-28-at-08.46.56.png] and try all the steps in the right blue box and also see if you havent maybe used a custom phone layout that is just a copy of your desktop layout https://laytheme.com/documentation/custom-phone-layouts.html

    ok! mmh yea this plugin seems to not clear the cache correctly at the moment i dont have a suggestion, maybe in plugins add new, just search for caching and use one with a good rating

    hello Armin, glad to hear you ;) Thanks, I guess it was the cache plugin indeed who was in conflict with my css because I had already put the good setting in the setting box of thumb grid project. It works well now for .thumb-collection, and I removed the custom CSS. And for the extra padding I put this code and it works perfectly thanx ! .thumb-collection .ph { padding-bottom: 56%!important; } Cheerz B.

    hey! so one thing: https://laytheme.com/documentation/shop-setup.html#preparation this is an extra step that you could do to have the normal style for your cart and checkout

    no i think you have a different problem, u have an issue with a grid background image, not a row background image i'll release an update soon that fixes your issue

    hey if you update both lay theme and the carousel the "loop" feature will be disabled for mobile now thats because since a while safari just crashes when websites use too much computing power, so i had to turn this feature off for mobile unfortunately

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
