Carousel turns url into 'null'

Apologies if this is already discussed but I couldn't see it.

Recently when clicking through the Carousel on my website ( watson-memic.be ) at some point the website breaks and the URL changes to 'watson-memic.benull'

Can you help?

i clicked a lot in chrome and i couldn't see the error
