    Dear @tspallek Because this thread is two years old, could you please refine what you are having trouble with? "Customize" page is completely empty" Do any of the troubleshooting tips help you: https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html#customizer-does-not-show-up Some common debugging tests: Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ? Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed. Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue. Talk soon & best wishes āœØ Richard

    Dear John @johndewey If this suddenly happened i don't think it is a Lay Theme issue sorry. None of the recent updates have been know to cause this. (and i assume you only logged in, but didn't update or change everything) You likely need to get in contact with your Webhost and ask them to help you šŸŒ Sincerely Richard

This can be done via > Appearance > Themes > [image: 1645073948023-screen-shot-2022-02-17-at-5.58.33-pm-resized.png] Best wishes Richard

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options ā†’ Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
