Is it the first image of the Video because it's just a big file and it's waiting or loading for "Autoplay" ? Dear Pol @polemonade Yoast SEO is known to cause issue with Lay Theme: https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html#gridder-does-not-show-up Some users have found success with Lay Theme version 3.8.5 and Yoast. If you would like a previous version of Lay Theme to test this with you can always send an email to lostfiles@laytheme.com with reference to this thread and your License key.
