    if you update lay theme now, it should work again big sorry everybody, this was a very small bug that caused huge other bugs. sorry for overlooking this, cross browser compatibility can sometimes be really surprising and upredictable

    Dear @030_j Hi, i can see the issue however if could post a link to your website i will try to take a better look :) Additionally just to be sure: Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date? Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed. And third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue. Let me know and have a wonderful day Best Richard

    Dear @Anha Could you take a screenshot of your backend- The Gridder? What happens if you upload a new image into the Media Library and place it in the grid? Is Lay Theme, Wordpress & Lay Theme's Addons all up to date? Do you have any custom code that may interfere? Do you have any Third-party Plugins that when temporarily de-activated, resolve the issue https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html Best wishes :) Richard

    Dear Georgia @georgiaharizani When viewing your webpage on mobile, I inspect that your Menu is in Roboto Mono: [image: 1606445246101-screen-shot-2020-11-27-at-3.45.09-pm.png] What browser are you using, if you do not see the changes clearing your Cache may be a first step. If this is indeed a Bug would be great to know so it can be sorted quickly. Best wishes & have a wonderful day :) Richard

    Dear @Merlin Some first steps of debugging if possible :) Do you have any third-party plugins installed that when de-activated solve the issue? Do you have any Custom JS that when temporarily removed solves the issue? Are Wordpress, Laytheme & Lay theme's plugins all up to date & in sync? Best wishes Richard

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
