Dear Kimberly @kimberlyxx If im mistaken ( sorry if i am ) this Cropped image showing in the first image is just the "placeholder image" this is there so that if a website takes long to load its not just a blank space that then flicks on. [image: 1611132687750-screen-shot-2021-01-20-at-9.51.02-pm.png] Here i have a placeholder image of some fish and the original image is much wider put just sits in the back-end appearance this way. Dear @nickelsmicha Sorry to hear this, On the troubleshooting page: https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html Customizer control not showing up is addressed, does this apply to you? " This seems to be a bug with the latest versions of WordPress. Please go to "Settings" → "General". Set the "Site Language" to a different language, save, then set it back to your original language. " If this does not help could you please try these steps first to make sure: Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ? Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed. Any third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue. If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache. License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available) If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required” please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel. Dear Markus @Markus On the documentation page we have two suggested language plugins - Polylang & Q-Translate XT: https://laytheme.com/documentation.html#multilanguage As for SEO - Yoast SEO clashes with Lay Theme so this is not recommended, you may just have to see which suits you and trial if any errors occur. Hey Max, I see you're using the latest version of fullscreen slider addon and almost the latest version of lay theme. I tested your issue in my local installation of lay theme and I can see differences in my laytheme's css and yours, causing me to believe: if you use a caching plugin you need to clear your cache (always do so after updating lay theme and addons) or maybe you need to update lay theme once more if that doesnt solve it: can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com? sorry about that issue happening!

Hey hendrik, thanks for your input. I'll add it to my todo list, but right now my focus is on other lay theme features.

lay theme should work with the latest version of wordpress too, maybe there was an issue during the updating process and a file or two were corrupted, causing wordpress and lay theme to not work properly.

when looking at your website, i see you haven't used that CSS. Try .below-image{ padding-bottom: 10px!important; } .thumb-rel{ padding-bottom: 10px!important; } Enter it in Lay Options -> Custom HTML & CSS -> Custom CSS
