no its not possible using cursor css its a restriction by browsers you might be able to find a javascript way to move a html element along your mouse you can try to google it or use chatgpt its a combination of js, css and html that can make this possible, but its a little hard to do without coding experience

for project index feature there is no news on this well for the news element, we have this feature

if you want a next / prev link, you can also just have a text link that you can put in your footer as described here: https://laytheme.com/documentation/navigation-between-projects.html#next-project-link you can even use the projects titles in these links: Any text inside this "Next Project Link" can contain the text: $nextprojecttitle$. This will be replaced with the next project title. Any text inside the "Previous Project Link" can contain the text: $previousprojecttitle$. This will be replaced with the previous project title.

oh, in one file i put 8.3.4 and in the other lay theme file i still have 8.3.3 will be fixed with the next update im releasing now even though your site shows the wrong version name it will already have the latest updaate

you want the site title and menu on top of the project overlay? isnt that the case by default :D do u have a link? can u post a screenshot of what exactly u want on top

looks cool! not really easily doable with lay theme. maybe somehow with using sticky css on rows and each row overlays the previous one google css position sticky u need to be good at css to pull this off though
