    Hi,
    on my landing page www.archphot.com I would like to permanently hide the header on desktop and mobile.

    I tried it with CCS

    .page-id-260 header {
      display: none;
    }

    but didn't precisely know where and how to put it.
    At least it didn't work.

    Any suggestions?

      Do you mean you want to hide your site title and menu on your front page?

      body.id-260 .laynav,
      body.id-260 .sitetitle{
      display: none!important;
      }

      add this in:
      lay options -> custom css & html -> custom css for desktop

        You can always find out the correct selectors for CSS by right-clicking on the menu or right-clicking on the site title and clicking "Inspect element" on Chrome.

        Cuz there is no HTML element called header that contains the site title and menu.

          It's the landing page of a photographers page, so I want there just to be an image, nothing else, no menu, no site title. Tried your CCS, shows two mistakes in line 1 (newline character found in selector) and in line 3 (use of ! important). Unfortunetaly I don't understand CCS language, so I am dependant on other peoples scripts ...

                    we had forgotten a comma. i corrected the css above.

                    for mobile:

                    body.id-260 .mobile-title,
                    body.id-260 .mobile-nav{
                        display: none!important;
                    }

                    Enter this css in "lay options" -> "custom css & html" -> "custom css for mobile"
