You can try if the plugin works now with the latest lay theme version. Also you can try this service https://www.juicer.io/
You will get an iframe embed code that you can add with "+more" -> "+html" in the gridder.
In the gridder, select 'More' and you will see an option for "Horizontal Line' - you can then add it anywhere in the gridder.
To change the line thickness go to 'Lay Options' - 'Lay Options' and under 'Horizontal Lines' you can set the horizontal line height.

make sure you enter a text in "Lay Options" -> "Meta" -> "Website Description"
That text should be a few sentences. Then that text should appear as the google website description in a few days.
Not sure why you website doesn't appear on the first page.
I dont understand the question i think. If you turn off the fullscreen slider / magnetic slides addon then you don't have a "fullscreen slider" scrolling behaviour
