Question befor buy your Theme

Hi,
i want buy your theme and have some questions:

1. I can't find any options for a blog. Is that true?
2. can i change the navigation? Sticky menu integrated?
3. Any social media stuff integrated? facebook / insta / twitter icons?
4. I don't see a footer option in your theme. not integrated?

at the moment lay theme is not really good if you want to do a blog. if you know how to code a wordpress theme and you just want to use the gridder functionality of lay theme, then you can try http://laygridder.com
