hey if you are a programmer you can probably do this yea, but there is not feature that does this also if you change the php code of lay theme, it will be overwritten when you update lay theme. also there is no support for child themes

you could create a svg, use lay options → custom html at bottom, insert svg code there, and use css position: fixed; width: 100%; bottom: 0; left: 0; right: 0; z-index: 20;

this video is hilarious! can u make this video autoplay, muted and then use this setting where people can unmute the video using this sound icon/button maybe that works

because everything has a percentage based width, and percentage based positions you can right click the text and set a pixel width click "set pixel width"

theres no built in way to do this, maybe u can find out how to do this with javascript and css
