    it seems like he set his layout to only have two columns then he gave the text element on the right a class of "black_bg" (right click text element, set html class and id) then he went to lay options ā†’ custom css & html and used this css: .black_bg { background-color: #232323; } you could also just set a right background image and use a small black image xD [image: 1696667863153-screenshot-2023-10-07-at-10.37.39.png]

    nice well you could create a new category called "All" or sth like that then add that category to all of your projects. then in your thumbnailgrid element show the category filter and it has the category "All" [image: 1696346446523-screenshot-2023-10-03-at-17.20.43.png]

    its better to embed your videos with this: [image: 1696344347434-screenshot-2023-10-03-at-16.45.44.png] try this, is it faster? if you embed many youtube and vimeo videos, they all load an iframe. thats like loading a whole new website for each video. when using +video ā†’ +youtube/vimeo, only the currently visible iframes are being loaded which can make it much faster

    if you used an elementgrid element, you could set the amount of columns for desktop, tablet and phone the elementgrid was made exactly for this purpose

    yea dont use loop not sure why it doesnt work with loop the website you posted here as a reference doesnt use loop either, they just added their projects twice :D i tried to make it work with loop but it didn't work properly yea

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options ā†’ Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
