a small update, I've found it's caused by the 'Small movement on Mouse' setting enabled. Having a way of this setting enabled and it not affecting the BG would be amazing. Thanks so much

ah yes very good! Could it be possible to create a fixed header with 5 rows, each row has a specific CSS #id and then hide/show the relevant rows depending on the page? using a body's slug, like .slug-home and your ids of your rows, you can write custom css to hide or show these rows
