Problems updating / publishing projects

Hello,
We have problems updating and publishing projects on our website. The button is dissable and doesn’t lets us update or create new posts.
The rest of the pages are working fine. All plugins are update, wordpres too.

We have LAY theme installed on the url: https://externalreference.com/wordpress
License: 5afeb657d6af5

We’ll need to resolve this ASAP.

you need to select a thumbnail, otherwise you cannot push the publish button.
