Fixed margins / browser type display

Hi, I need a help to solve those two problems. 1) I need menu margins fixed with content margins. Currently is ok on 15' retina screen but it's different on other screens. 2) Project list I made display ok on chrome but it's floppy on safari. Is it easy to solve?
