Hard refresh a page

Hello,

Is it possible make a "hard refresh" of the page when I click on the site title?
Or link the site title to another page?

I added some javascript to my main page which is not working when I click on the site title but only when I refresh the page.

you could use CUSTOM HTML with a normal link to your homepage.
