Vertical-align menu

Does anyone know how to do a vertical-align menu on mobile please?
I tried the css expression "vertical-align: middle" but it doesn't work...

This is my wireframe. On Laytheme, I can position the margin-top or margin-bottom but it doesn't center the menu...
