wp2static / simple static compatibility

I am trying to obtain a static version of a Lay Theme website, so I could host it on Netlify.

However, I cannot get it to work since most of the content is not loading.

I spent a few hours digging in and before I proceed any further I am wondering if anyone managed to successfully managed to use Lay Theme with either of these plugins?

I will appreciate your feedback.

we are really not sure if this is possible with LayTheme.
I hope someone can help!
