One-Time File Download Plug-In and theme is preventing all links that have # sign as url
-
Hello,
i installed the One-Time File Download Plug-In, but after not working the plug-in developer emailed me the following answer:
when setting "yes" to "Will the shortcode be used on posts, pages or widgets?" field, the link will be generated with javascript. But you're theme is preventing all links that have # sign as url, see attached.

Is that something that can be fixed?
Thanks!

Dear @Micha
Can you post a link to your website?
We will then have a look and inspect that!
Many wishes!

Hey @mariusjopen, i found out that this problem is with every shortcode i use.
So i deactivated the Plug-In and found anoter way. But still if i use a shortcode, menus would not load properly …Website is welcome-new-silence.de
Thanks!

Dear @Micha
yes. We have some issues with the Shortcodes…
Do you have any third-party plugins installed or CUSTOM JS code? Is it possible to deactivate it for a moment to see if the problem remains?
Do you have everything up-to-date?
Wordpress, Plugins, Laytheme?
Many wishes!
Marius
